So, A&F wants to pay The Situation a sizable sum of money to dissuade him from wearing their clothing. I'd like someone to pay me such a sum to not wear their clothing. I could put that money to good use and patronize the multitude of clothing brands out there.
On the other hand does any brand or design house get to determine who wears their clothing? Aside form the obvious pricing of items to cater to a certain clientele(though this may not really work as planned) I think the consensus would be.....you sold it, I bought it. ..oh well.
If this was a ploy for some publicity A&F certainly hit the nail on the head.
